24 Kelowna Residential Tower

Back

A tower of contemporary residential design.

Aquilini Developments engaged Bevanda Architecture, prior to merging with CEI Architecture, to design a new 27-storey residential tower in the downtown core of Kelowna, B.C. The proposed 24 Kelowna condo project is a mixed-use, contemporary, multi-storey residential tower with 207 residential units and 185 parking stalls, with a Smart Car available for residents.

A commercial strip is planned at the base of the building to contribute to the vitality and street life of Bernard Avenue. Acting as a catalyst in Kelowna’s downtown core, the proposed 24 Kelowna development gives residents access to shopping and amenities in a sustainable, community-focused environment. Bringing residents downtown will promote a safer Kelowna neighbourhood for all to work, shop and play.

The building is designed to LEED Silver standards and includes solar panels for hot water heating, an efficient central mechanical system that optimizes energy performance, low emitting materials, natural ventilation, maximum daylight and views and a priority for locally manufactured building materials.
