Tolko Industries Head Office

Back

Space to branch out.

In the spring of 2006, Tolko Industries contracted CEI Architecture and Meiklejohn Architects to design a new 54,000 square foot office building in the heart of downtown Vernon, BC. The office, occupying a former CP Rail lot, was designed to accommodate Tolko’s growing staff and support the firm’s presence in the community.

Project features focused on meeting the demands of a vibrant, growing company. The new building has the capacity for 300 staff, with the ability to expand to handle up to 450.

Amenities include a workout facility and underground and ground-level parking. Careful consideration was also made to ensure the new building integrated with the atmosphere of downtown Vernon, while adding aesthetic interest to the landscape.
